By Sam Huskey Each year, seniors band together as a class and have a senior skip day. Teachers have mostly learned to put up with the behavior each year. Many think this ritual is out-dated and should be all together gotten rid of. Why I ask? Why take away the seniors last chance to come together as a whole class and get along with each other? I feel that it is unfair for the administration to punish any who participate in this event. Why is this such a big problem to deal with in schools? Many times, accidents have occurred in the past. This is possibly one reason for the constant consternation of schools heads-of-state. Another reason could possibly be a worry for the students, that they could be doing things that are illegal. So much worry is put into this that it even stresses out the students. To put it simply, there is no way that will get rid of all of these worries. Kids will be kids. They will learn from their mistakes or pay for them. Yes, this may seem harsh. But how do you think that millions of other people throughout history have learned what and what not to do?
