Officer Funk has been a Police Officer for around nine years. As a young person, another of his goals in life was to be a cop and work on the coast. He lives with his son and his emotionally disturbed, yet extremely happy (all the time, 24 hours a day) dog “Shasta”. He likes to hike, cook, coach basketball, ride ATVs and sing Opera. He also considers himself funny as he does not sing Opera. “My musical tastes vary, I’m into progressive rock right now, but “I have been known to get a little funky …get it?” he asks with a big smile.

Perhaps you have wondered what the difference between assault and harassment were. Or maybe you would like to know how long it takes for someone to actually start working as a Police Officer once they are hired by the Police Department. MAYBE, you’d like advice as to how to ask a girl to the prom. Officer Funk may not be able to help you with the Prom question, but he can direct you to Mr. Fulps or Mr. Gross who would both be glad to assist.
