    “I need to smile again,” started Mrs. Vander Kley, who has been working at Reedsport High School for as long as many of us can remember. 
    Mrs. Vander Kley will be holding the position as Principal at an elementary school in Florence.
    Reedsport High School has been a great play for numerous students.  Seeing the students graduate and handing them their diplomas at the end of every year has been one of the most heartwarming events Mrs. Vander Kley says she has been involved in.
    She never really knew what she wanted to be, but she’s always known that she wanted to help people.  Helping people, and helping people succeed are two things that Mrs. Vander Kley are great at doing. 
    There are only four more years until Mrs. Vander Kley is able to retire.  She would love to be able to finish out her last years in Reedsport but she feels that she needs to have more fun in what she does.  She believes that working with younger children will be more fun and relieve the stress that has been building up in her life.
    As a student body we would all like to say thank you to Mrs. Vander Kley for her 16 years of dedication to Reedsport High School and it's surrounding community!
