Grades

   With semester grades just around the corner, grades seem to be stressing everyone out.  What I want to know is:  Since when did a C become so un-average?!
    Everybody is worried about keeping a high GPA and receiving scholarships, then going to college.  With seven classes a day, if a student received all C's, a C being average, that would give them a 2.0.  How in the world is the average student supposed to get college scholarships when most of them require at least a 2.5 GPA?  People are forgetting that a C is average which makes it harder for people who get C's.
    There is just too much pressure on homework and grades!!!

   It's not easy being a teen.  I know everyone knows that, they were teens once too.  What people don't realize these days is that being average and just trying to fit in isn't just about what group of friends you belong to.  Kids are vain, everyone has to talk the same, dress the same, look the same, I walk down the hall and I see groups of girls that look identical, sure it's fun to be excepted but it's horrible to try to always fit in. 
    I'm an outgoing person so it's not always that hard for me to speak up and be different, but I have friends that I absolutely love and they never speak up for themselves. It seams like they're afraid to be themselves all I want to do is just walk up to them and say, "Have you met you?"  I mean they're completely awesome people.  I swear I have some of the funniest friends ever but sadly no one will ever know.
    Kids are so mean these days, and I think the only thing people can blame these days is society.


    If you want us to put your editorial up you MUST include your name (Sponge Bob doesn't count).  Otherwise we cannot put it up!  We've had great stuff but couldn't put it in because of a name.
