Falling Up
by Christina Watson

The fresh Christian Rock band out of Albany came to RHS on December 11th, with them they brought F.A.S.T. to open the show and get the crowd pumped.
With the concert being sold out the fans had to have a ticket to be admitted.  The doors opened at 7:00 and even at 6:30 there were people starting to line up at the doors.
F.A.S.T., the opening band, began to play at 8:00 pm and played a few songs, about a half an hour, until Falling Up was ready to come on stage.
When Falling  Up came on stage they brought life to the crowd.  Even the people in the highest corners of the Pacific Auditorium were excited about the band they had come to see.  Between back-flips and jumping around from the band, almost everybody seemed to be gaining some of their energy.
After Falling up decided to stop they went back stage to get ready to greet fans, but they heard a chant beginning...”encore, encore...”.  For their finale they sang two of their older songs that they hadn't played in a while.
After their last exit they headed out into the locker area to sign autographs or have their pictures taken with fans.  F.A.S.T. also was in the lobby after the concert.
The crowds started heading home at around 11:00 pm after staying to get photo’s, autographs, and band memorabilia.  Over all, everyone at the concert was so pumped up.  Valerie Campbell said, "I have been counting down the days until they got here and now that they've been here and it's over I feel like I could have listened forever!"
