    The movies playing for RCLC are different than the movies available for the public.  The movie for the public to view this week will be "Miss Congeniality II" rated PG 13.
Movie Times: Friday- 7:00 pm, Saturday- 5:00 and 7:00 pm, Sunday- 5:00 and 7:00 pm

Senior Auction

    Fourteen groups of seniors (approximately 40 students)  committed to at least two hours of their time in order to raise money for Project Graduation on April 11th.  The Senior Auction has been going on for the past six years and continues to help raise money for the senior class.
    With Carey Jones leading the auction things moved swiftly with many community members showing up to help the cause.  Over $2,000 was raised.  "This was one of the largest amounts of money raised with the least amount of seniors participating," said Mr. Tymchuk, the Citizenship/Government teacher, who also insisted that those groups who were bought for a higher amount donate more of their time. 
    Students will be doing chores from yard work and window cleaning to baby-sitting and computer repair.
Making Myths

      Most english students would know how strenuous an english class can be, the sophomore english class is currently studying Greek and Roman Mythology.
    The sophomores are also reading a sci-fi or fiction book that they will be doing a final project on just  before the end of the year.
    Also, the sophomore class will be making their own book about each of the Greek myths about creation of humans and the events afterwards.  These books are to be eleven to twelve pages long and worth, at best, 75 points.  This grade will be one of the deciding grades of the last quarter for Mrs. Boe's sophomore english class.
    The sci-fi book project will most likely be an add campaign for the book that the students choose to read.  The students are given time during class to read and take any notes that might be helpful to the students in order to make the best project possible.
