Student Body Elections

Every year, students elect each other to office. These select few make minor decisions concerning how the school is run and operated. Also, there is an assembly where candidates tell the student body what their policies are. For president, Josh Savey won unanimously, due to the fact that no one ran against him (oh well). He was introduced by Kelly McLain. And for vice president, Kelly McLain won and was in turn introduced by Josh Savey.  Cody Savey won 2nd vice president, Brittney Dixon won secretary, Morgan Bunch is treasurer, Pat Harris won historian, Russel Johnson won school board representative, Chelsea Hitchcock won publicity director, Zach Chan won tech coordinator, and Aaron Corcoran waon assistant tech coordinator.For entertainment during the assembly, Garret Spangle delighted the audience with a lovely rendition of the chicken dance and Daniel Plotz and Spencer Mitchel juggled a few knives to break up the monotony. Now that the school has new leadership, we can all breath a sigh of relief for the future.
