Basketball Review

On January 13th the
Reedsport Braves traveled to Bandon. Both boys teams from
reedsport were looking for
revenge, and the girls were looking for another win. It all
started with a win. The junior varsity boys lost by a close score
of 39-42. Then the Varsity Girls whooped bandon by 17, with a
score of 51-34. Then our Varsity Boys lost with a score of
39-54. Then on the 17th we played Gold Beach. The Boys
Varsity lost with a score of 43-71. Jared Mast, Pat Harris, and
Skyler Squiglio played sensationally in the fourth quarter. They were
running hard and playing defense the best they could. Daniel
Plotz played great in the key against two defenders that were taller
than him. The Varsity Girls lost with a score of 49-56. The
Junior Varsity boys lost by 4, with a score of 48-52. The Junior
Varsity girls lost in triple overtime by 6, with a score 44-50. All
Reedsport teams lost against the Panthers.
